Reservations
Making a reservation with us is easy:
- Simply email us at sugarbeachowner@aol.com
- Call us at 703-851-8855 to see if the dates you would like are open.
- Use the Booking Form on each unit’s detail page, a quick Sign Up is required to use the Booking Form. Please provide us your name, address and phone number in your Profile once you are logged in. (This feature is coming soon)
- Print out the Reservation Request form and mail it to us. Click here for the Brochure with Reservation Request form which includes instructions.
A deposit is required to hold a reservation.
To confirm your reservation, please send your $650 USD deposit check, payable to Maui Sugar Beach Condos, to:

Upon receipt of your Reservation Request and your $650 deposit check, we will send you a Reservation Deposit Verification Form. Upon receipt of your payment-in-full, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation Form with instructions for your stay.
Deposit is refundable, less a $250 fee, if cancellation is received in writing sixty (60) days before arrival date. The full balance must be received at least sixty (60) says before your arrival date, or your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.’
If the dates you request are not available, we’ll let you know and return your deposit check immediately.
All rates are subject to Hawaii State and Hotel tax (17.42%).
Rates: $235.00 – $365.00, depending on time of year and length of stay. Discounts for returning guests.
Rate is for two persons. Extra persons: $20 per person per day.
Tax ID # 023-665-8688-01. Our housekeeper is responsive and can arrange daily maid service.
$650 USD deposit balance due plus tax 60 days before arrival date required… no refunds
$250 cancellation charge fee if canceled before 60 days with written notice to cancel.
All units are 4 person maximum.
Personal checks accepted; no credit cards.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm ; check-out time is 11:00 am . Extra day charge for check-outs after 11:00 am..
Daily cleaning service is not provided; cleaning service after check-out only.
No refund for any unused portion of a confirmed reservation. No refund for early departure.
Trip insurance is recommended.
All units are one-bedroom, oceanfront units. All units are non-smoking units, please smoke outside.
We reserve the right to change units.
#117 Maui Sugar Beach Condos
S235 - $365 Per Night
Condo #117. Our ground floor Condo opens to a grassy area just off the beach, making this a perfect spot by the sea. Our Condos have a king-size bed, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Other amenities include: central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, linens including beach towels, cable TV and DVD player, phone/answering machine with free local calling and WIFI internet access! There is a maximum limit of four persons.
